It's not bad, but I don't like the way the top menu is so different and set out from the rest of your blog design. Also, the marks to the left of the blog article titles are a cool idea but I don't think they came out looking that good. Other than that, I like the blog design, it's simple and uncluttered, which seems to be uncommon these days. Maybe just add a little more color to it?
in 1024x768 resolutions, there is more extra scroll bar shown on bottom, plz re-setup the width size if possible
Design is very clean. If i was a person that was interested in your type of site i would actually settle in and bookmark it. I find the skin very attractive. good work.
There's a lot of space on sidebar that you can monetize, may be... The H2 headers could be of a different slightly bright color than black to make it more attractive. Rest all good (liked those little arrow bullets on each post )
maybe add a thin orange line below the top-dark-grey block to get a bit more spice into the greyish looking site. or the headlines with spicey orange? just to give it a bit more bite.

i agree with Possibility. the top and the left menu are not so good. Your site would look better without them.
I really like the clean look of the design - some of those 250x250 ads might be good, and perhaps ads in the posts, but I think the clean look makes it unique.
Overall the blog looks ok but I think it would look better if you had a better template, a more unique template.
