Hi !!! This is the first time I make a thread here cause my posting just meet the qualification for it I`d like to invite all the friends from this forum to come to my site and help me review it. A little background of me, I just make this Blog about 3 days ago. I don`t understand anything about HTML or Web Design cause my background is from Finance & Accounting. But, I`m really interest to have my own blog / website. Since blog is easier to make, I choose to make it on the first time. And I struggle about 4 months just to learn about online business & how to make Blog. I don`t want a free blog, so I buy a domain. Now, after a hard work to make it, I want to hear the suggestion and critique from this forum member. So, welcome to my blog friends. Here is my blog : Online Business Tips
Firstly i'd remove that flash banner that is near the top, covers some of your content and put me off the site straight away...no offense. Maybe get a header done for the top left instead of what you have there now. Get some more content aswell, I know its new, but it will look better with more content. But definately remove the flash banner
Yeah !!! First Review !!! Thanks for review and give me some advice. The flash banner not covers some of my content. There is no content there. But, I think Ur suggestion is right. I need to move the header on the top left. I will find the way to move it cause I still don`t understand how to do it. Still need to learn
Hmmm, i'm not sure if you realise but you made two posts on the 1st May, one of which gets partly covered by your flash banner. Here's ascreenshot of what I see.

Hi !!! I really thanks for Ur helpful review. I just realized that what I see at my computer is not the same with Ur screen caps. I wonder if Ur monitor is not at least 17", because I make the blog at my office with 17" monitor & 22" monitor at my home. I know how to make the screen caps, but I don`t know how to make it become image like U did. So, I can`t upload the image of my blog from my view & let U view what I see. From my view, it`s not cover anything. Or U can try to refresh it. Is there anyone else view the same image like glendowney did ? Please post here if U find the same image like that. I need to fix it then. TQ so much for Ur review. It`s really mean for me.
neat glass feature / image you got there in the middle you should make the right hand collumn match (doesnt extend down all the way) the left hand side
I asked some of my friends too about this problem. And they see the same with glendowney too, just like U. So, I think my monitor has the problem ha..ha..I don`t know why, from my monitor view, it seems ok & there is nothing covered by the banner. But, never mind. There is no one else look the blog like my view. So, I think that`s a problem. I will fix it tonight when I have time. Right now I still work at my office. TQ so much for the review. TQ for the review !!! Actually, this theme is not created by me. I take it from the recommended source of word press theme ( By word press ). U can see the design author name on my blog. I don`t delete his link, because it`s the only way I thanks to him for share his hard work for free. I don`t understand anything about how to make blog or website or banner. So, I can only find the rare free source to copy paste. And that`s why I can`t match the right & left side of my blog. But, I will learn to do it. Or when I found a theme that more suitable for my blog, I will change it. When I change it, please come again & give Ur review. Thanks for review !!! I just changed my themes to a new one. So, if U all have time, please come & review it again. About the content, I have to admit that I`m very busy at least until this night. I can add more content tomorrow. I promise it. There are a lot that I want to share about on my blog. But I don`t have enough time these days cause my job at office has increased a lot. I like the theme and I like your choice of colors but I do not think the butterfly goes with the theme of your site.
Nice theme, but I must say that the content needs some improvement (particularly grammar and spelling).
nice theme, good choice of color, but looked at the butterfly is not relevant with your sites name..maybe u have to pick another logo that related with the online bussines.. Coz, IMO the butterfly is suits for nature or girly things... by the way, it just my opinion..and the site is still look gorgeous with that butterfly!!! good luck!!
Well, as I said above, I don`t understand about website or blog making. So, I can only find the ready made themes which I feel comfortable with. I also think the same with U about the butterfly, but don`t know how to change it Don`t worry !!! I have found another great theme that I would use for my blog. But that theme needs some configuration first for the link. I need to edit it first before I can use it. I will edit it tomorrow since it`s Sunday and I will have a lot of time to do it compare to the other day. TQ so much for the review. Really appreciate it.
About the grammar & spelling, yeah I need some improvement. English is not my first language. So, I need to learn it more to make it better content in the future. TQ for the critiques & review. Thanks for coming to my blog. Actually, my blog name is MY NAME That`s not a meaningful blog name like U think. It`s only my First & Last Name. I don`t like the butterfly either, but I can`t change it since I don`t know how. But, I will change the theme tomorrow. So, U can come again to my blog and see the newest theme. I really like this theme I hope this theme can help people to enjoy when they come to my blog. Just feel as U are at Ur home.
