My neck and back are totally screwed, and I get massive pains in my 'mouse shoulder'... I've got a really heavy duty Homedics massage cushion, and it makes me dribble like Homer :) it feels like you've been beaten up after you've used it for 30 mins (but also fixes the pain).

For computer people, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Get a FAR Infrared lamp very good at increasing circulation very deeply and also help heal connective tissue.

Try a hot stone massage or if its a chronic condition consult a acupuncturist for a couple of sessions, they can perform miracles.

Get a Thai massage. That will help you get rid of the pain. Here in Thailand I only pay three dollars for a 1 hour Thai massage. Cant beat that lol!

You are probably no tfollowing the "Health and Safety" regulations of when you are at a computer. Remember your back has to be at a 90 degree angle to the rest of your lower body and you have to have your arms at a 90 degree angle with your keyboard. Otherwise you'll have problems...

LOL! As if I follow that, if I give you advice, it'll be the same as what I tell myself... if you have a pain.. have a rest, goto sleep, etc... doesn't matter TBH.

The pain in your shoulders could be arthritis or tendinitis you should get a massage and
drink some green tea this should hopefully reduce the pain.

Take some days off. Give your shoulder a rest.

After a few days, ensure that you follow sitting instructions when you are at the computer.

Try some physical therapy - lift light weights, stretch, hot and cold compresses

Have you ever tried the icy hot patches?

Also, what kind of mouse do you use, I had to switch to one with a track ball and it made a huge difference.

Do stretches, and ease into some strength exercises for it.
