Are these untargeted links or something? I'm just trying to understand, for if mine had that many links, I wouldn't sell it - no way.

it was a mistake for me to sell it that low, but ohh well at least the buyer is happy.

none of the links are from my own sites. none of the links are paid either.

36Towns has no special meaning, its just something I bought. It is very brandable and can be used pretty much for anything that relates to "towns" or real estate.
