WTB: Big Forums (six figure budget)

    I ahve been buying forums pretty steadily since last year and I am now ready to buy some bigger properties.

    What I value:

    1. Number of members online at any given time (cookies , 30 minutes)
    2. Indexed pages
    3. History
    4. Revenues

    I prefer vbulletin forums, but if it is a big forum I have no problem moving it to vbulletin.

    What I don't want:

    1. Porn
    2. Warez
    3. Ringtones
    4. Illegal Stuff
    5. Music, Movie, TV downloads

    Please PM me if you have a big forum, or even if you want to earn a fee for helping me find a forum I can buy.

    I would be open to health, fitness, beauty, fashion, discussion, technology, occult, conspiracy, music, psychic and paranormal, pets, kids, saving money, do it yourself, energy conservation, recycling, hobbies, arts and crafts, and probably many more.

    I don't like forums that are about one brand, person, or product...

    Its growing more and more every day.

    Had about 2500 members join up last month (double the month before)

    Makes at least $2000 a month but is capable of much much more.

    I just dont have time to work on it.

    Uses vbulletin software and i installed vbseo 2 days ago.

    Appears very highly in google for a lot of search terms.

    Any sensible offer will be considered

    I have paid up to 50 times monthly revenues if a site is growing, but if the revenues are steady then I usually pay 24 to 30 months.

    Also, I have bought forums for $x,xxx that had zero revenues just because they had built up a strong community.

    Paypal if it is less than $2000 and Escrow.com if it is bigger.

    It would be nice if anyone had forums worth even 5 figures to show me....many of these are a wee bit small for a thread claiming a six figure budget :)
