What is the best place to sell websites?

I got some websites that I want to sell off, but I havent found any good ones that offer broker assistance. Also have a bunch of good domain names to sell off....

I have an antique website with PR that I would like to sell, but if I post it here on DP, it will be buried in a few hours under new listings. Furthermore, I'm not sure if people here are into antiques.

Is there a good service that will actively help me to sell my sites and domains without asking for a listing fee? Only pay when there is a buyer.

Sorry if this is the wrong section to ask.

The best I know is SitePoint but as you might/might not know they require a listing fee, but its well worth it if your website is worth something.

For domains, I'd definitely go with either namepros.com or dnforum.com (requires membership fee)

Sitepoint seems like a good place to me. DP is ok but not geared towards it like sitepoints marketplace is.

Support DP. I would try using DP exclusively
at first and if no sale then seek alternatives.

Depends but the top three places would have to be SitePoint, DP and eBay.

i think sedo do have a option to sell websites but you have to park your domain...and your traffic can suffer...

btw you can try wickedfire forum too to sell your site

Monthly revenue * 10 months revenue USUALLY is the price. The 10 months can vary greatly, but that is just an average.

I think Digital Point and Sitepoint are the best websites to sell websites and domains.

Try posting your offers at different forums. That should help you a little bit. :)
