    Ah, we have had a long standing position in the US that we do not negotiate with terrorists.

    There is a very good reason for that. These guys say one thing, then do another. You cannot reason with scumbags.

    If history has proven anything its impossible to find peace with a religion and group of people that follow a religion that does not want peace.

    I sometimes wonder if there is some contagious air born disease that Jimmy Carter is spreading around to other people. How anyone can possibly think that you can find peace with someone that wants to kill you is beyond all comprehension.

    Carter got further with Hamas than Israel or America have ever done and that was just with one meeting. Hamas wants a ceasfire but Israel declined.

    This is really getting old. Is there an IP or something that can be blocked? Where do these people come from? Some of these posts have to be bots. The grammar, punctuation, and similar theme are always so similar. Too similar to be real.

    I would beg to differ. Talks don't kill but bombs and bullets do. USA did talk with terrorists, remember Oliver North?

    Granted that Hamas has a charter that called for the destruction of Israel, the Jews had no fear because they are simply the strongest military power many times over in the region.

    Talks can produce results given some pressure from the USA for Israel to soften their stance and also for the Hamas to remove that destruction of Israel clause. For better or for worse they will have to live together.

    I would rather tried my best and let the world know that I had exhausted all venues of talks and peace before I commence any military campaigns to obliterate them once and for all.

    Also I really do not think that given suitable incentives plus pressure Hamas is so inflexible an organization.

    Hamas = Trying to Carjack the Car Jacker
