Required PHP Programmer for Backend, Will pay $100

    Hi,
    this is very small project, I have done frontend, backend programmer required to finish this job in PHP and mysql. I don't have time to do it.
    purpose of this project is, to upload and manage files on server for free web hosting.

    I have finished design, here you can see here, you have to work only in backend
