    Looking for advice here.

What can I do when a DP member doesn't pay for the logo I designed for him two months ago, and then goes and uses it on his website anyway? It was a lousy $20 contest, and I got stiffed!

    contest URL:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=735139

website URL (*PORN SITE, NOT SAFE FOR WORK!*):

    http:// manlovesporn (dot) com/voyeur/

I don't think posting links to pornographic material here is allowed.

You could leave him a negative itrader to warn other users about him.

Ask the mods to help you remove the porn links.

other than leaving negative itrader and warning people about it there isn't really anything you can do...the staff here doesn't get involved in personal matter (which a deal between 2 people like this is)

His whois information does not appear to be valid.

    Try talking to his host.

I agree with the above post. I would contact the host, and whatever contract you had with him (you DID have something in writing, no?) I would reference to the host and ask that the image be removed immediately. Hosts tend to be pretty good about this kinda stuff. Let us know what happens!

Always put watermark (It should not disturb the design)on your designs in future .

Don't worry more about this and waste your time . It happens in business .

Think that you learned a lesson for $20 ;)

Like the above poster said... ALWAYS WATERMARK

Other than what you have already done there isn't much you can do on here, just watermark all your images and you will be safe.
