There have always been various toplists posted and each time, this encourages 100s of webmasters to try and start a website within that niche. It invariably means that competition for such phrases increase 10 fold (serps competition) and ad CPC reduces as advertisers gain much lower ROI and cannot justify paying out at such a loss. It dilutes the marketplace and many publishers then get banned as they resort to invalid traffic generation methods hoping to grab a piece of the latest high paying pie. What webmasters, as a community should be doing, is to actually take top lists with a pinch of salt and focus on producing unique, quality content for their chosen niche market. It doesn't matter which niche market you decide to invest your time. It does matter on how you invest your time when choosing a niche market to target. If you have feedback that a general market is profitable and you find a good way to target multiple phrases, then you stand a much better chance of catching and retaining the traffic if you are producing unique and original content. Not many people will bookmark your site if you are displaying exactly the same information as the dozen other sites they already visited trying to find information.
These keywords are really good and TOP paying, but one should keep in mind when actually one click pays so much money ?? what are the factors which decides which keyword will pay you how much ?? (1) Your website needs to be super Unique from others (2) Needs to be designed in such a way that once any one comes on the website keep coming for any information they are looking for. (3) Content needs to be rich and unique in its category, till the time content is not unique clicks will not pay you what you are looking for. any many more ..as all adsense publishers knows so what i wanna convey here is if you wish to actually earn such high $$ per click, ton of things needs to come in picture..i hope all will agree with me here. The higher the keyword pays, the very few ads you can expert, the more competition from publishers on the keywords, at the same time very few people are searching for those terms. So just about it if you make 1 click worth $50 after 2/3 weeks ~ and do this amount easily in that timeframe advertising normal keywords $1-2 ppc but people are exessively searching for them.. Here are facts as well, Mesothelioma is searched 573 times as a keyword, Web Hosting is searched 3820 times Domain Names is searched 2000 times almost This tells that endusers are searching in light volumes for the high paying terms, thus decreasing your chance of earning per showing those ads.
