This is the site I make, www.croatia-pasman.com but I have some doubts about design. Can u tell me if the design suite the theme and If it shows what is the page all about? Review pls.
I think design is ok, but do you really think a blogging software necessary for this? A static site could be better. You should also correct spelling mistakes like ...free[ly], sing in -> sign in. I am a bit confused as well. Are you promoting Pasman or are you trying to make tourism agencies, etc to post at your site?
I think the site looks pretty good, but the opening paragraphs are very confusing. What is Pasman? And the English is quite poor which will put people off. Maybe ask someone else to rewrite your first few paragraphs to make it clear what exactly the website is about.
On my widescreen monitor, the fixed width design kind of compresses everything and makes it look a bit cluttered. I think the main problem is the coloring on you ad blocks. They definately draw attention away from your content which you'd think would be good but in reality will just irritate your visitors. I'd like to see what the ads would look like with black headlines. I also think it would benefit from an logo image rather than the plain text header. If you look in the Buy/Sell/Trade forums there is a contests forum where you can get a logo done cheap. I'll have more thoughts soon...
thx all of you... @Abuntis; yes I know I need to improve english... @benefita; for capitals I need to change some wp code...this is by default. I know that capitals letters it would be better.
hmm..., this is also what Im thinking that I need to change color headlines on ads. I think that in the in same color that is main headlines it would be best (its also adsense recommendation)! Probably I will change to se the effect.
The site has a clean look but at the same time seems like a page setup only to push Google ads. Do more to promote what you hope will draw them there in the first place...
Well it seems that I will design logo for the site...any suggestion Yes I know that I need to do more to promote the site...but realy dont know where,...need to find some travel pages. And especially need more content.
I am working with a group to set up several hundred sites around travel, tourism, Baja-Mexico specific and real estate in an orchestrated effort to pull in more net traffic and control more of the search engine listings. It is a process and the arena is a very competitive one. That is why we are taking this on such a large scale to be able to get our share. I am looking to contract a dedicated server right now for that purpose...
