Looking for an asp or php programmer

I have a project listed on scriptlance.com (you can view it here http://www.scriptlance.com/projects/1209479688.shtml), however, if someone from DP wants to do it and is not a member of scriptlance, as long as you have good itrader feedback I am game.

I would like the project done within 1 week if possible. I will pay more if programmer can get project done sooner. I will pay by paypal.
