Access denied The IP you are using to access the e-gold website (xxx.xxx.xx.xxx) appears to be either an open proxy or otherwise exploited. You will not be permitted to access e-gold services from this IP while this condition continues. Your first order of business to restore access should be to make sure that you are computing securely. Please read and implement e-gold's Security Recommendations. After you have resolved any security issues, including virus removal, it may take a day or two for your access to be re-enabled." What should I do ?
try accessing though some proxy websites as egold always block the ip which are dynamic it happens always with me but with proxy it work
And I thought OP was using proxy to access his account...thats why he got that error strange its working for you. I don't use e-gold much...but it use to work fine for me on dynamic IP.
If you are using dial up or dynamic ip connection, just disconnect and reconnect until you are able to log-in. But if all else fails you could use a proxy, but that would be risky.
This is a very common error, most likely your ISP IP is being tracked as open proxy. Try changing the IP and log in again.
i few times used e-gold ( not transactions just logins ) it always used to confirm ip change by e-mails if you have host its better you set up one proxy for your personal usage
Well, I used egold and yes, thats true it works better on proxies sometimes. I know its strange but its true.
try using a proxy mate, don't wanna make any advertise, but I recently had the same problem like you and i tried coolunblock.com
If you have a dynamic IP then just turn off your modem and then turn it on and then try to log in. I think this will help.
