I have signed up for the new adsense account a week ago but why google not approving my account. Is there any problem with the Indian publishers adsense accounts?

It's probably because your content isn't original. It seems to be taken from other sources i.e. the bbc website, for example. Try to write some content of your own and resubmit.

If you are not approved for long time then wait for a mail from google which will say that your account is not approved and need to be resubmitted with changes in form.

As well, have you ever gine banned form adsense?

That is so true, unique content is very important in the eyes of Google. You don't need to sign up with Adsense right away. Build traffic first, without traffic Adsense is useless. Supply your website with constant content at least 3 times a week.

one week is not enough time always. if google has high volume of applications pending approval, it might take longer. give it a little more time

Have they rejected it? If not then wait for some time. You'll get an answer for sure though it may take some time (depends on the load of new application).
nah! never heard about any kind of problem with Indian accounts.

I suggest you wait as it can take some time. They can approve in 2 days or 2 weeks.

Yeah. Wait for some more time. Google takes its own time to decide on the matter. Be patient. Good luck :)

It can take more time depending on your location and probably site content. But unless and untill you receive a mail rejecting your site, no need to worry.
