My website is offering IT services. if i am not preparing the separate domains for each of the services but i am rewriting the links as the sub domains than it will create problem in Google?

For example www.xyz.com is the site. i m re-writing my services page link to http://services.xyz.com but it is not a sub domain i am just re-writing my link which looks like sub domain. Will it create any prob in Google?

Based on my understanding Google is going to read your website based on the source code, so if your navigation and all links to that page use that format then it should not be a problem. Granted, I don't know how this will impact your website for the SERP's.

I would think http://www.xyz.com/services would be easier, equally effective, and a more common practice for SEO than http://services.xyz.com/ would be.

I'm kinda confused on your scenario, but it appears that you could access the site/page through both links, the actual url and the subdomain, which might create a duplicate content issue, not sure, but worth considering. Also, you might need to do a 301 or 302 in the htaccess, but without alot of research and a thorough idea of what you are doing, I feel your question is a good one. Maybe others will offer suggestions. And, you might have explained your dilemia correctly, and I am just not grasping it???

i didnt test this but, if his website is wordpress based and he uses permalinks then maybe more then one occurrence of the target keyword in the URL has more weight on the SERP ranking.

I am just making it more clear. i will be rewriting all my services links for example webdeisgn.xyz.com, flashdesign.xyz.com but these all are not subdomains i m giving 301 permanent redirect tag to all of the pages & re-writing this pages as they look-a-like sub domains. Will it harm me in any way?
