    Hi.

Has your CTR changed lately or has it always been around that figure ?

The first thing I noticed when viewing your site is the adsense at the top of the page disappears when you scroll down to view a film clip. It's kind of wasted advert.
Second if you have a lot of people that return to your site they often become "Advert Blind" they are so used to it being there in a certain position that it is unconciously ignored.

Try changing the ad colours to compliment your page colours.
I have had good success with that.

Can you re-arrange your ads so that they are more visible during clip viewing ?

It is often said that "Ads" on the left side of the page do better as your eye usually starts to read on that side of the page.
Can you change the ad block to the left ?

Just some ideas ...Hope it helps.

I don't see any content in your site. Do you get relevant ads in your site?

Also, why not put other ad formats like 336*280, especially at the top?

@dalem , thanks a lot for suggestions.I moved ads on left side from video as you said. I was thinking about header and ads bellow to scroll down with page but i dont know is that against google TOS? Do you have any experience with that? And i would be very thankful if you can send me a code how to do that.Cheers.

@angilina , ads are showing right.I use to have 336*280 at that position but no result with that.

    :)
Yes I have used that method but it can be a bit "In your Face" for a lot of people, it can be a bit annoying following you around. I would be careful how I used it.

There is JAVA/DHTML scripts that will do it easily. Just Google a search for "Scrolling Layers" and it turns up pages of it.

If you could put an adsense block 336 X 280 or 300 X 250 rectangle above the place where you view the clips that may help. Because it would be right in the middle of your screen. ( The most seen place )
But remember you can only have three adsense blocks per page, so maybe get rid of the footer block.

One thing I did notice, when I visit your site it keeps redirecting me to another site, and if you hit the back button the same thing happens, to be honest with you ( and don't be offended ) that would really Pi55 me off, and it could also be putting off your visitors. They come to your site to see the clips not to be re-directed.

O'K you may be earning some money for it but at the end of the day if people aren't sticking around for very long you need do something about it.

    Good luck :)

I also think that maybe a violation of TOS and you should get rid of it before google catches it
