does google ban you right away or do they wait until you are about to be paid? I don't think i have anything to worry about i have never broken TOS that i know of and i have never clicked my own ads, but i was just wondering would they ban you right away or wait until you hit the 100 dollar threshold then not pay you? anyone have any input or experience?
if you are flagrantly breaking the rules, they could ban you at any time - but based on all the "i've been banned" threads i've read it seems they do most of the banning after you've reached $100, at the end of the month before payments are being processed.
It depends most of them click on their own ads when their account is close to $ 100, to ensure that they reach the 100 mark in the same month...this gets them banned.
Sometimes people are contacted to get a chance to edit something that they are doing wrong, i guess if its small, but they clearly watch closely those that may be up to something, they generally wont give a warning then and will ban at a time that most suits them i imagine.
I've once clicked on an ad( because it really interested me) and I didn't receive any money for that. That happened like 2 months ago( when I was a total newbie) but they did not suspend my account. Is it possible that they do that, or was it considered just a simple mistake? Or they will suspend it once it reaches $100?
My "friend" got banned about two weeks after his infraction that caused him to get banned. "He" was caught when there were more clicks than ad views
I've gotten banned when I had $84, I received an email with a list of reasons of things I could have done wrong. That was it, no fighting the system! Oh and they said thanks for using their service.
i have been on adsense for over a year and never reached 100 lol more because i never have tried too hard but now i actually put some focus into it and in one month i got my earnings up to $30/month and growing. So i just wanted peoples thoughts on this matter like i said i never broke TOS as far as i know. thanks for your opinions and experiences.
