How to earn maximum revenue from adsense??

I want to earn maximum revenue from adsense. Please tell me which keywords are "top searched/very popular keywords" I can use for my articles to get maximum adsense revenue?

Most people get $0.03-$0.10 / click.
Even if you have a good niche site, you still need traffics to make $$.

I believe the best ratio is 1% clicks. That's my guess anyways. Like, 1 click out of 20,000 views may be worth like 75 cents, where as 1 click and 10 views may be worth a penny
