I think You need 6 to 9 month to get that PR, if you could buy link from related topic of your site, and that site PR has PR 6 to 10 you could get that PR 7 for a short time.
You will need a long time before you will get that, possibly 6-9 months because your domain is not aged enough and it is possible that it will stay in the Google Sandbox longer if you have link building activities which are seen by Google as malicious.

I've seen some websites hitting PR7 in one or two updates but they purchased ALOT of high quality PR backlinks and these days, G is getting kinda stricter on buying/selling links. Make a quality resource that gets linked up naturally across the web and you may get that PR. It can take some time and it'll also be difficult to maintain it.
Give some time to your webiste and try getting high PR links. Dont accelerate your process as in the long run google will dump you. I have seen sites which has PR 7 went down to PR 4 due to heavy irrelevant backlinks. Moreover you will not get anythig from PR 7 untill and unless your site is not well optimised and provide some useful stuffs to your visitiors.

It Depends on only your SEO Team, if you've got very good experts SEO Company so they will Help to get targeted keywords in Search engines. but PR7 is Not possible in short period. there is many techniques available to get high pr but it will take much time. Yes, Agree with John. There is no possibility to get PR 7 in this much of short time. Many good SEO companies even working since last 6 or 7 years, although they do not managed to get PR 7. It's very difficult to achieve. Buying links will not a permanent solution. But keep one thing in mind People won't come to your site because of you are having PR 7... or more than that... Try to get higher SERP rankings on your targeted keywords. Still, "I don't want to say PR is worthless" if you have PR 4 or 5 than it's lot better for your website.
Here's my opinion... A two month old site getting 10 PR 6 or 7 links will probably send up a red flag and could result in a penalty. Nobody can know for sure, or the details regarding, the average link profile for a Website. For example, sites that have say five PR 6 backlinks should have 8 PR 5 backlinks, 12 PR 4 backlinks, etc. It just looks unnatural getting high PR links and nothing much else. To be on the safe side, submit to some free directories or pay someone to do it for you. Stay away from reciprocal links unless you will gain traffic. For SEO purposes, reciprocal linking is no longer delivering the results it once did. You can write an article or two and submit them. Do a nice PR and submit it under a paid package at PRWeb. Spend the money and get listed at Yahoo's Directory. It will provide an authoritative link and help you out in the long run. Newer sites with little history need to get a good backlink base before rushing out to get high PR links. Even those PR 0 links help to provide a cushion from over-optimized SEO. i would suggest you first start off with submitting your links manually to directories .. if you don't have enough time .... outsource it .
I doubt you'll get a PR7 in a two month span, maybe like a PR3-PR4... but to get started I would read this article on some steps to increase PR and then submit to as many directories (with PR) as you can. If you need a start-up list, I compiled one here. Good luck! PR7 is a tough job!
In 2 months if the PR update is in 4 YOU can't Anyway why do you care about PR is worthless Concentrate on gaining rankings ...
Not sure but I think its not possible. Or May be it will happen if you get a back link from Google home page
The page rank is depends upon some factors i.e Site Structure, Back links of the site and domain age of the site. If we regulate our site structure according to the search engine and improve the back links strength then we surely improve the page rank of the site. Domain age also play the major role on the page rank.
