Help me remove this virus

    every time i open my computer or any of my drives this is what pops up

    when i click ok it starts to download an exe file from some malware site.
    i tried norton, avast, spyware doctor but nothing removed it plz help me out

    remove it from startup folder, or if you need jv16 power tools to remove it from starup folder then pm me :)

    I am sure this is not virus, this is some kind of malicious spyware removal tool.

    Then format it as you said you have tried everything and reinstall windows (backup your important softwares on cd or on external HDD).

    It seems to be an adware. Try this, it may help.
    I am strictly against reformatting the hard drive unless its a critical and unrecoverable error.

    Agree Abhik. I am also strictly against reformatting the HDD but as he said that he did everything thats why given my last suggestion of formatting HDD.
