I am looking to buy established websites, with solid streams of income and past traffic and revenue record.

My budget is $5,000 and I am looking for sites with minimum income of $400-$500 monthly. Anything over is a plus. If you have such a site and wish to sell it pm me.

I can't sell you my site. I doesn't make sense to sell my site that is generating $500 a month for only $5000

 

LOL, so why are you posting telling us you can't sell your site. He's looking to buy sites not for people to tell him they aren;t selling there sites!

 

Appreciate all the offers I'm getting on pm just please do not send any more proxy, turnkeys, image hosting, pay to click/post, video streaming or zangocash. It seems 99% of sites selling are of that type.

 

I would highly suggest you check sitepoint.com or look around the forums. Threads like this tend to just attract people trying to sell their "quality sites" or so they call them- most just purchased a script and slapped a template on.

Check sitepoint and look around here. Every once and a while theres an awesome site that comes through so keep an eye out
