Watching tv on your computer

    Hey. Does anybody know a site or a program that lets you watch your favorite channels on your pc without any cable connected to your tv?
    I would like something that lets you see romanian channels too!

    i wish standard world channels would be streamed over the internet :/ then for the first time in 6 years i would watch "compTV" :)
