Get a pet dog or cat if that will make you feel better. I know it helps some people. You might also want to try hypnotherapy... I know it helped a few people I knew.

what is the meaning of this word ?

they said that my grand ma have a relation with ghosts

and things moved and light on and there was a weired shapes on the walls

 

don't get a dog. they see ghosts easily that we do and they howl when they see one.

it happened to me on broad daylight. Dog howl so deep i had ghosts bumps at 12:00 pm. that was a strange feelings.
there are ghosts and if you are afraid in your house because they are there watching you.

What you need is a 30 foot snake at home...Oh...make sure you supply rats, rabbits, possums etc...otherwise it will eat you....LOL

 

Therapy but with hypnosis. It could be helpful for getting rid of fears. Even understand yourself better.

Do not take this seriously gandelf... people give themselves these fears for no reason. There is no ghost and it's normal that you hear noises because your hearing is really sensitive in the night, that goes especially for dogs.

no i never show that i am afraid infront of any one espically my wife

and if she is afraid i will try to calm her down but i will still be afraid

if i was in your place then what i would do is buy a BlowUp Doll to sleep with so that i will feel like i am sleeping with someone.... but the good thing is that i can use it also when i need..... hehehehehe

 

Keep telling yourself ghosts don't exist. Eventually you will stop thinking about them and imagining every little sound you hear is a ghost. A big guard dog does help, they freakin rule. Because the only thing you have to be afraid if in your own house is that 7ft bodybuilder trying to get some loot

Well than try 5 minutes first,next time 7 and so on,after a while you should get bored not frighten.If your a guy than hard physical work can make your level of male hormone higher + watching some porn(in medical purpose !) and some drinks.So theoretically if you'd work hard for few hour than watched some porn for half an hour and had few shots there is more chance you'll be humping grave stones than getting frighten of cats or dogs passing by .You can also face direct life threat ,but it has different affect on people and it's not recommended
