My late father used to see them often but he is never scared. My brother is the same.
He even showed my Mom a few times of fire balls flying from the grotto to the church back and forth.
i am afraid of one too but i never heard anybody got killed of one.
They are around though and probably they are there beside you right now.

 

You've got to quit being so afraid of ghosts, even if their there, they only come out every once in a while not all the time. And if you see them, it's not the end of the world.
