PayPal Bonus? Odd Addition To My Account...

    I noticed this odd addition in my PayPal history:

    Does anyone have an idea as to what it could be? I have never participated in any referral or bonus programs, and I'm stumped.

    Perhaps because I do a lot of business through PayPal, they have given me the bonus?

    This is refund of expanded user enrollment fees which taken by paypal at the time of verification of your paypal account through credit card.
