    I can't access google or gmail,
    also adsense ads are not serving on digitalpoint.

    Google, gmail, adsense... All is working fine here. Adsense ads on dp too are showing fine.

    many times due to DNS settings few sites may be unavailable to u
    this problem is from ISP itself

    it could be problem with your ISP or
    cache problem (clear browser cache) or
    have you installed any ad blocking software lately?

    Google is one of the last sites I expected to be hacked or to be down. Normally when my connection fails, I always use it as a benchmark.
