they wont delete your account last time I checked.
But if you dont really want it anymore they could ban it (and remember you cant log in again with another account)

or you can just take a break or long year break by logging out and never look back again
that way if you wish to come back, you have account

 

no i am the real owner of this email and i never signed up for this account so if they dont delete this account i ruddy force them to for allowing false information.

 

well maybe admin may do ip similarity check and decide
but there's nothing you can do nor bring law suit.

No i trying to kill this account it is not mine nor do i wish it to be live this is my email and by law USA or UK a user has the right to be able to delete his or her account and if a forum will not allow this it is in breach of spam mail as the user has request his or her email to be removed.

And as email are comming from this site and i wish this account to be remove useing this email and the staff here wont allow this is then comes under the email spam law which states that the legal owner of the email can order its removal from any site forum or email campain.

To do so will lumber the site owner with a fine.
