    HIya,
PAYPAL froze my account with $10k in there until i can provide proof of:
Stock to cover my clients purchasers
Invoices to prove I own such stock
    Contact Details for my Suppliers!!!!
Delivery Company and Tracking Numbers for deliveries.

AND, I have only 7 days to come up with a huge list.
I doubt i can provide all this in 7 days.. for one thing.. none of the items have been shipped yet.. so i think i will lose my acocunt.

BUT, will PAYPAL return the money to the people who bought from me.. hope so.

They will if he/she requests the money back, you merely need to tell PayPal that you need a few weeks to come up with the list, since it is so large. They tend to be nice about giving extensions...

I just went thru a problem with PayPal and a 'limited' account with over $5k in it and i can tell you dealing with them is a pain..
What exactly were you selling, and DO you have the items in stock?

Since you have not shipped yet, it would cost you nothing to refund all those orders.

If you however want to ship the items, submit whatever information you can on the items which were involved in the affected orders. Some info is better than nothing. The money would not be refunded unless you requested them to do so or when your customer raises a dispute. The chances would be high if you do not ship. For most of the information they require, all you need to do is to fax them your last few invoices from your suppliers. Those would contain the supplier contact info and the items you sold.

Incidentally is your account verified properly ?

Just refund to your buyers and try to arrange some other mode of payment, paypal always create problems for $5k+ payments.

That's why I hate paypal - they seem to always take the buyers side without checking with long-time reputable sellers

What are you talking about ? Paypal asked the OP for the documentations to prove that he has the rights to sell those items. Isn't that checking with the sellers ?

It is not like Paypal refunded the buyers right away without giving the seller the chance to rebutt.

In a sales situation, the buyer is the one who comes out with the money first so they are on the disadvantage if the seller does not fulfil his side of the contract. The money is in the seller account and out of the buyer account.
