You don't accept BBC as a source but you accept 'NewsMax', whatever that is?

What people like you simply don't understand: NOTHING IS EXCUSE FOR WAR CRIMES! Period. Show me anything at all, any international law, anything that gives you right to commit war crimes even when you defending yourself. That story Hezbollah attacked first so everything Israel did after that is Hezbollahs fault is simply insult for common sense . I'm not defending Hezbollah here, they are terrorist organisation and that's their explanation for using such missilies. What Israeli excuse? What you are doing is equaling Hezbollah and Israel and I agree with you on that, they both are terrorists. You really should think a bit harder before you post...

Where is your source for the comments you attributed to me?

No, because you are going out of your way to report people whom you do not agree with politically. It's underhanded, and it undermines every conversation someone might try to have with you, because they have to worry that whatever they say will be "snitched" by you to silence them on the forum.

Again, where is the source for the comments you attributed to me?

    back to the cluster bombs.
i read a while back that The Reagan administration imposed a six-year ban on cluster-weapon sales to Israel in 1982, after a Congressional investigation found that Israel had used the weapons in civilian areas during its 1982 invasion of Lebanon
use of the cluster bombs against populated areas is against US israeli agreements.

So Hezbollah because they are a terrorist organizion can do what ever they want under that banner and no one can question them while Israel's every move is questioned? I can see that were fair and balanced here.

So in the other words for you it's normal that one terrorist organisation and one international recognised state, "only democracy in ME", act the same way and they should be judged the same way?

Btw they are called terrorists because of what they are doing, because of their acts so claiming what you claim is silly.

So criminals because they are criminals can break law under that banner and no one can question them while police's every move is questioned? I can see that were fair and balanced here.

Sounds kinda dumb isn't it? :)

They are terrorists in the eyes of Israel and its friends, Hizballah reached an understanding with Israel, that civilians on both sides should not be attacked, Hizballah kept on the agreement until Israel attacked civilians, Hizballah do not have to take Israel lies and propaganda and the "accident" excuse, look back and see who broke this understanding that was done with the help of USA as brokers.

I do not think the Israeli soldiers were there in a picnic, they crossed the Lebanese line, and Israel firing millions of cluster bombs on Lebanese civilians.

israeli soldiers had crossed the border, and he Hezb did not lose any opportunity to leverage this. Hence, hey were kidnapped, so that they could be used in the future, in prisoner-exchange programs. israel has kidnapped many Lebanese citizens from Lebanese territory.

The 8 soldiers that got killed later when they were in pursuit of the kidnappers, inside the Lebanese territory, and their tanks were blown up by anti-tank mines.

Even today, tens of thousands of Palestinians are in israeli jails, under "administrative detention". They have not been charged by anything, and are being held indefinitely. They cannot be tried, because there's just no proof for their involvement in any terrorist activity.

Thats what happens when you have one side that has one of the strongest militaries in the world, and the others don't even have decent rifles.

I really hope real democracy comes real soon in the Middle East, and all the puppet regimes in Egypt, Jordon, Saudi Arabia are replaced by real representatives of people.

    can't you read?
they started the war by killing 8 soldiers, kidnapping 2, and firing tens of rockets on Israel's civilians.
that was the terror attack that started the war. IDF's soldiers didn't cross the border. they were in a patrol on the border.

Something happened before that or why would they take such a risk to attack the most powerful military in the Middle East?

So to say they started the world is not quite valid.

Why are you lying again? Hezbollah didn't attacked civilians until Israel done that. Hezbollah started to firing rockets 3 days after war started.
Please stop lying, we're not that dumb.

I am not lying. you are lying.
in 12.7.2006 9:05 AM, Hezbollah started to bomb Israeli cities using mortars and Katiusha rockets.
in the same time, Hezbollah's terrorists invaded to Israel, they murdered 3 soldiers and kidnapped 2 of them. in the rescue attempts right after the attack, 5 more soldiers got killed.
    caught you on a lie!
