cloaking is a technique used by black hat SEOs where they make two different views of the same page. if they find that the person seeing their site is a crawler, a page full with keywords come up so that their site is indexed and well ranked. but if they find that the person seeing their site is an ordinary person, a different page opens up that might contain flashes and images and that looks attractive to a user.

IMO, the single most biggest mistake u can do is changing the title of a page which is high on serps because in NO time, it will take a nose dive Be Very careful while changing titles!
