(domain i used below is a sample)

is it better if i get:
    med-kit.com or
    medkit.com

    Feedback please! Thanks!

IMO, from similar combinations from my experience,

I find LLLLLL to be more effective unless it is taken then you can take the alternative dash one.

I have a website with the hyphen and have not really seen much difference however i do not have the keyword with out the hyphen to compare so its hard to say.

SEO purposes i would say it is better to have the keyword with out hyphen however with hyphen will be fine.

    Will.

For the sake of argument, you post the question as if both are available.

Buy both while you're studying it, then mull it over and develop one, and 301 the other, masked, or unmasked.;)

I think there's a better chance of someone accidently searching for "twowords" from a missed space bar than for "two-words" from an accidental hyphen.

Well, I would use lll-lll.com because llllll is harder to remember, for example "is that six l's or 5".

Ya, I think repeating the same letter is also very confusing. A dash makes it easier for people to remember that your domain has 6 L`s.

    i owned
    ratelocalpics.com
    and
    rate-local-pics.com

i ended up letting the hyphen domain go because IT DID NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE the one with out a hyphen would still out rank the " keyword " domain and also EVEN if a user did find your site with the hyphens then the next time they type it in ITS PROBABLY NOT with the hyphens so the other domain is what is going to get the visitors ANYWAYS . . .
but that is just my little experience with the ordeal :D

While it should be much or less the same for SEO, I would pick LLLLLL.
