Adsense near logo image, breat TOS???

    I think this is problem for almost webmaster

    digitalpoint have top right side adsense too, and the logo is in the top left side



    the left side is my logo, do you think break TOS or not??

    I think your is,
    DP has border around the Ad and background, the both look complete separated.

    yeah you are...

    you need to partition the LOGO very clearly.....

    There is a clear distance between the logo and the Adsense ad in DP. Don't think it will lead to any problem at all.

    the ads now should be ok..
    but.. u said you build 3 new website a day....and bla bla bla...
    i think it is better if you focus on certain website....
    google search engine is only looking for quality website...

    concentrate on one website until you get some good traffic and keep steadily building it while starting others.... don't just randomly start a site everyday because you could end up losing money

    It's OK now. Links too close to the edge is not a good idea IMHO.

    hmmm, anyway, I don´t see any problem in your first ads positioning...

    you are not trying to fool people by your image - it´s just your logo (remember, I´m not talking about good/bad positioning, just about breaking adsense tos) [​IMG]

    This is good example of big no-no in adsense ads vs images...

    many people are trying to blend adsense ads as they could go well with their sites and they are not banned for it by google;)
