Ive been looking around and it looks like weight loss is good for adsence. Im not sure if the site is up to date, so is this still true?

weight loss is a lucrative niche but way too saturated now. if you have a weight loss site that is getting traffic, i would suggest you to use affiliate programs cause weight loss affiliate programs pays a lot. or you can combine both adsense and affiliate program at the beginning to see how each doing
But you are always suggested to start a blog/site with your own interest, but not the value of the keyword in Adsense.
The real thing that matters is the amount of traffic. Traffic = $$$ Not sure, But I think Weight Loss is a good paying Niche.
I don't have a personal experience with that niche but I wouldn't go for it. The competition is among the highest. Google AdSense is not the smart way to monetize a weight loss site either. You will make a lot more money with affiliate programs.
I agree with this... because since you are just beginning and may not have much experience in seo/link building/etc. it will be easiest for you to write a blog that you can update regularly and what is easier to write about than the things you love?

u r right weight loss is a profitable niche ( in many articles its mention) But u should do a keyword research it will be good for future use.
