    Thats right. USA servers wont allow illegal things.
    You need offshore servers, but as far as I know , offshore bandwidth is costly.

    I just had a look at there servers and talked to there Live Support and they will install (FFMPEG video sharing hosting script) for free if the software is free and for want you are wanting the best price i can see is around $430 per month with a $250 set-up fee.
