In China, our government not allow the Internet to discuss political, the Chinese government control of our site, as long as there related to the personal website reported that the Government immediately switch off our site, where China's human rights ah »China's freedom of speech?» »
I really do not know is how the Chinese government would like the «that we switch off the site, people will not be foreign to the understanding of China?

I should not have said so!because I'm chinese. But I'm so angry now !

Chinese censorship is horrible, I remember my friend had a popular forum, some threads about Falungong and his forum was banned from China. Hope DP will not be banned for this thread :(

I sure hope nothing is going to happen during the Olympics, terrorists attacks etc will only make China more inward looking and phobic.

I believe as China prosper, the clamor for freedom will be louder and more powerful. It is a matter of time that China converts from a capitalist economy only into a democratic society. Though how smoothly this goes ahead remains to be seen. There are too many unknowns especially when and how and whether the current Communist Party is willing to cede power to the masses.......

It takes time, a long time before China will become a democratic country, as what ahkip pointed out correctly. There are too many uneducated ppl in China. But China middle class is rapidly expanding.......
