Cluster bomb left from 2006 war wounds 4 children in S. Lebanon

IOF care so much about civilians that they used 4 millions cluster bomblets in populated areas. If this isn't collective punishment I don't know what it is.

One of the rules of war is that wars will go on for so long, especially if there is support of their citizens, break the citizens wills to wage war, you end the war.

I doubt he is supporting attacks on civilians, he is just stating a fact which is that of war strategy.

I don't support attacking innocent civilians but if civilians allow the terrorist to store their weapons in their homes, and if they allow them to fire weapons on the enemy from their property they are no longer innocent bystanders in the war but active participants and can no longer hide behind the banner of being a civilian.

Parroting usual propaganda BS... Now you will claim that all those civilians got killed in Lebanon because they allowed terrorists to store weapons in their homes!
Yes, you do support attacking innocent civilians and you said it right here in this thread. After supporting torture and shooting captured enemies on the spot that's nothing supriseing from you.

So you mean that all the katyusha missiles that Hezbollah fired into Israeli cities filled with civilians where no Israeli Army were stationed were actually intended to be fired on the Israeli army stationed a few miles south of Lebanon's border and not the civilians areas that they landed in? But Hey why talk about terrorist actions during the war and their actions that provoked the war in the first place when we can just blame Israel for everything.

So actually Hezbollah is to be blamed because Israel used cluster bombs in populated areas?!? They were forced to use such amunnition in popluated areas? Is that what are you saying?

But yeah I blame Israel and ONLY Israel because of using cluster bombs in populated areas. They weren't forced to do that and I've heard so many times that Israel do everything the can to avoid civilians casualties and by using cluster bombs those claims looks like fairy tales.

From what I had read Hezbollah strategically positioned themselves in areas where there are high density population when launching missiles to attack Israel. Israel retailates and unfortunately the civilians suffered the most casualties. I think both sides bear the responsibilities though I feel clustered bombs shouldn't be used.

That's a total and utter BS. What Israel did in Lebanon is nothing but collective punishment and they said it very clearly. The number of rockets Hezbollah fired from day one to last day before cease fire tells me that main Israeli targets weren't rocket launchers because Hezbollah fired most rockets on last day before cease fire. How do you explain that if Israelis targeted those rocket launchers and their crews? Also, Israelis fired most of cluster bombs in last few days of war when they did know that there will be cease fire in few days and if you read something about those bombs you'll see that they are great threat to civilians months after war and that they are very hard to clear.

Amnesty International details Israeli war crimes in Lebanon

To me it's more than clear that this wasn't war against Hezbollah. It's collective punishment and it's not first time that we see something like that from Israel.

Normally when I see BS I say what I see. If you have problem with that I'm sorry but that's how I react on things.
And to be honest I don't have respect for BS excuses when innocent civilians get killed.

for example: 70% of the Palestinian wants to destroy Israel. it's a fact because 70% voted for Hamas. it's not bullshit or propaganda, it's a fact that you can't argue with.

its Israel that refuses the Palestinians right to exist on their own land, Palestinians practiced their right, and voted for their own Government in free elections monitored by third parties, isn't this what they call democracy?
