bionhosting - down for 27hours now

We just can't take this any more

Their main node has been down for 27hours now... and there not doing anything about it..

we need a new dedi or vps anything

what we currently use at the moment:

we use:
10GB disk space (we have 25GB)
we use 100GB bandwidth each month (currently 600GB)
we have 1.5GB of ram, because our Apache server keeps over loading, we got that free.
cpanel/whm/fantasico/whmcs

we pay $38.80 a month for this.

anyone help us out?

it shouldn't be mentioned, as it's a bit harsh on what rob and bion are doing.

 

So you haven't been told when it'll be back?

 

I heard they were going out of business/selling, but perhaps that isn't the case.

 

There not selling up, there just having some minor problems

down since thursday or tuseday - spoken to caro about this problem, they are going to help us through this problem(Hopefully)

 

We'll see what happens...

 

Now, theres news that they are sorting it out now, and they have been brought out.

 

Omfg. It's incredible, the level of patience some clients have. If we have 5 minutes downtime I actually get death threats!

You guys should really take a better look at hosts that do respect clients!
