While trying to figure out where you copied that from I came across this site: http://www.faqs.org/faqs/judaism/FAQ/08-Israel/section-7.html Which says that it is in song of songs. Then I forgot to go back and compare what you pasted. Still not sure what you pasted has to do with the Torah, it doesn't seem appear in the Torah.
