From your experience, which is one is better - Link on an indexed page or a link on a page which will be soon indexed? Assuming that the site is great and Google loves it. Looking forward to replies!
if you are doing LE than everyone will prefer homepage link but if both are your sites than its better to place link on the page soon to be indexed btw how do u know that new page is soon to be indexed
It is good to have a link on a page when it first gets indexed, assuming its a permanent link. If Google loves the site, then all the benefits will trickle down to that page. I would say it is a valuable link.
Like I said, I'm assuming Google loves the site. Even I feel the same but lets say it's 1month old page and Google crawls the site frequently, you think link will be good on this kind of already indexed page?
I think the link will be good. But for the long term I think having a backlink age matching the page's age is even better. This is assuming that the page is in such a position that traffic, PR, Indexing, etc will flow to that page. Other variables, such as placement, would influence my decision as well.
