People are to lazy, make that into clickable a link....Your layout messes up a bit in firefox, looks ok though. The google ads need to blend more. I quite like the logo, nice n simple. Sorry dont have time to read the content right now.
I like the pizza one in your sig by the way, love pizza mmmm.

slow loading. Make it with some attractive layout, it's not very attractive. otherwise good.

You can change the color of the text so it blends in with the rest of your site.

 

I've changed the text colours now with the ads. I think it looks a little better. lol

When you go into your layout, click on the adsense edit, you can change the colors there, they give you different options, such as matching your site, blending with your site, etc.
