I have a website(www.avatune.com) hosted with onedolar host (windows hosting) and i have a problem with FTP'ing to my "pics" directory as it contains a lot of files (over 16,000)

It doesnt matter what FTP program i sue it always fails to get a file list for that directory (all other directories work fine)

I've tried emailing onedollr's support but they are not exactly helpful!

Any ideas on what i can do to get a back up of that particular directory?

bye the way onedollar do not offer a control panel so backing up that way is not an option :-(

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I think it has to do with Windows limitations, but not 100% sure, btw nice collection of Beatles, they are my favorite all time.

nothing like that, i presume its a problem with ftp settings at the host, host (onedollar)i snow claiming the directory is corrupted but thats not the case as i've no managed to grab all the files ;)
