From which country you are BTW you can send money to yourself using xoom as far as i know. So many members doing this since last few months. Or else you can withdraw funds from your paypal account to your bank account too which takes almost same time as xoom. DON.
Well if you need money than use Xoom to Direct banking servcie which takes upto 3 days. You can transfer money fro your own account but you can't take Cash Pick up.

As Rohit Patel already said that you can't go with 'Cash Pickup' option while transfer funds from your account to yourself in india to india transfer. DON.
im from philippines, but someone tried to send me xoom from india to philippines and it was sucessful,. im from philippines. i try to send money to myself but it was cancelled. i don't know whats the matter with xoom now
Have you tried to contact them for this issue They surely given you reason for that cancelled transaction IMO. DON.
Well in this case you can only use Bank Deposite option. Or contact your friends and send money on his name. Most of Cash counter ask Passports to Pickup the money. So it is easy for you.
