    The placement of banner ad at the bottom is not good. You should use a skyscraper ad on the right column as well.

    As said by Posh, the footer ad is usless, and try to move it after the post.
    or put a big square before content.

    Nice, It was hard for me to tell where your ads.

    So this may play in your favor because people will more think that it's a regular link.
