If I look for my site http://www.undetectableproxy.com in Google with the following link http://www.google.com/search?q=www.undetectableproxy.com I find my own site low on the result. On number one is www.proxypages.net. I wonder if something is incorrectly setup on my server or if my site is hacked. Your thoughts. Wildcard
The site is indexed... the website has a PR of 2, it can be found on Google only not on the place where it used to be.
It shows only two results... as can be seen on: http://www.google.com/search?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.undetectableproxy.com, however the results are going directly to the website. What does this tell us?
The website is more then 1 year old. It used to have more then 1500 back links but all are gone... I don't understand whats going on...
Hi, Don't get my wrong, I have more then 15 years programming experience, 10 year of experience in web design, SEO, blablabla, boring. But this issue is just a mystery. So what happened to the domain/website in question? I had it running in a VPS with Plesk installed. The server utilization was rather high so I decided to remove Plesk and do everything in linux by hand (now I use some control panel with less system utilization then Plesk, I guess I am lazy and like to click). The website was offline for a couple of days for installation and configuration. Then the whole thing came back and worked fine. Then the site disappeared from Google and another site took my position. First I thought I was hacked, so I went trough all the logs and though hacking attempts where found the web server was fortunately not hacked. What was the question, in the DNS record I forgot (stupid me) to put in the A records. I put this in and the restarted bind. Within 24 hours my site was back in Google. All above does not explain why my links are gone, why my site is so low ranked, etc. A mystery to me… Let me know your thoughts because I am really wondering whats “wrongâ€. Wildcard
