I want to clarify that the submission process is SPAM free! This is targeted submissions. You will receive a list of all networks, boards and directories upon completion of the submittal process. Typically after the submission is completed, you will received hundreds of emails asking for confirmations and other emails confirming that your website have already been included in or on various lists, search engines and directories – but this is not junk mail.

The submission process that I perform is multifaceted and layered. The first layer being instant traffic, which is derived from blogs, message boards, classified sites and FFA sites (many which are have respectable PR rankings) This does generate some instant traffic, and there are quality back links to be had, yet this is not long term traffic generation - it reacts fast to the indexing and fades rather quickly as well. Thus, the next phase I submit to is directories and networks. These take longer to approve a site, but when they do it builds long term links and a higher quality of traffic. The final phase of submission is search engines. We all know these quite well and their benefits.

The sites you submit too are adding the email i provided to spam networks. I am getting about 100 spam emails a day to the email I provided you. I know its coming from that because I registered this email specicially for this.

Electro-Host - emails are a good thing. Because my service is targeted submissions, the fact that your website is found and you are receiving emails, it means your website is accepted and it is being promoted. So you are not receiving spam per se, you are receiving confirmations that your website is being accepted. And to clarify, as a matter of fact, if your website is being indexed on hundreds and thousands of websites across the Internet, indeed you will be receiving emails and SPAM, I think that is inevitable. The Internet we know as of today is full of SPAM, including our personal mailboxes, but that is just the nature of the Internet unfortunately as your website is being spread across the spectrum, very similar to when we give out emails addresses we're bound to receive emails and SPAM, its unfortunate and it is not always up to you or anyone to have full control. Lastly, it is for this reason that I do not suggest my clients providing their primary email address, this is why I encourage my clients to create an email address specifically to receive submission related messages.
