Thats the problem. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.... Bhagat Singh was also termed as a terrorist by the British Colonizers because he threw bombs on the floor of the Parliament... But he was our Freedom Fighter.

Even George Washington was some kind of a terrorist to the British Colonizers. This has always happened throughout history... Well, actually, history is written by the Victors, so we may never know...IF British had crushed the rebellion of the Colonies in 1776, then George Washington would have still been a terrorist according to history books. Thats how the game works...

    NO!

He was put in prison for leading peaceful demonstrations.

Basically for speaking his mind about racism.

    WOW!

I haven't kept track of him since his release from prison.

Now it looks like he went over the deep end.

If this happened to me I'd be pretty mad also but, I dont this I'd be singing kill the white man.

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela IPA: [xolíɬaɬa mandéːla] (born 18 July 1918) is a former President of South Africa, the first to be elected in fully representative democratic elections.

Before his presidency, Mandela was an anti-apartheid activist and leader of the African National Congress and its armed wing Umkhonto we Sizwe. He spent 27 years in prison, much of it on Robben Island, on convictions for crimes that included sabotage committed while he spearheaded the struggle against apartheid.

27 years is a long time just for fighting for and saying give us freedom.

Then when they gave the South Africans so called freedom they still kept him in prison, everybody got so called freedom except him.

Guess he's singing a new song now.

I'll pray for him to get his sanity back.

Yeah, there's nothing wrong in having someone like Mandela on terrorist watch list! Bigger problem is spelling on forums!

It makes you appear uninformed and uneducated. If you want to impress people with your knowledge, and win debates, you should consider taking a few minutes to proof read your posts.

Otherwise, nobody's going to take you seriously.

That's true, Gauharjk, but the line is reversible. I think it's important to call a spade a spade, and not use a standard line too often, since it overglosses issues that really do require specificity. The same line, for example, is used by Al-Qaeda - that it is seeking to "liberate" the world from "immorality." But there is nothing about Al Qaeda or its aims that represents freedom, as I think we both agree. The same was used by Stalin's S.U. after WWII to colonize many nations. And so forth.

But you've made some good historical points.

Making spelling mistakes makes people uninformed and uneducated?!?!
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I need to laugh because my main point is not to be taken seriously! :p
I guess ,with my spelling mistakes, my plan to "to impress people with my knowledge and win debates" is now failed so I need new plan.

"Mommy" is not a personal attack, IMHO. Crazy Rob will have to decide when he gets here. If it is, he can go ahead and ban me.

I have to say at least you're now completely imitating me. That's a step up for most of your posts. :D

Absolutely. That's what drives me insane about the way politicians in this country frame everything as far as foreign policy in these simplistic "good guys" & "bad guys." It's dumb. And they only do it so they can easily control the masses into going along with whatever they want to do.

You're one of the masses. It's not working on you. Therefore why concern yourself that the "other masses" aren't getting it?

Who made those translations? Unless you can understand that language I'd be very skeptical of those translations. For one thing, he's standing right next to a white guy who is singing the same thing. I wouldn't doubt if the translation of that word into "whites" is simplistic. Perhaps it means the people in specific who have done such horrible things to his people.

Because they vote too and there's a lot more of them! What the "masses" think is very important for the future of this country which is also the future of myself, my family, & my friends.

Your posting is an insult to all the dead Brits who created the English language, but that doesn't seem to be stopping you.
