Darren Rowse doesn't make quite as much money blogging as some other people do. But honestly, who cares? You will most likely never make half as much money as him, and that's with entering an unsaturated niche and having some knowledge about the topic.
I think Mashable makes $100k per month, and I can't remember the figures for TechCrunch, but it's way up there as well.
Techcrunch made $250,000 a month last year and it's probably even more now, not sure how much is actually profit though.
Its techcrunch and engadget thats number one and two. Then its doshdosh and problogger with johnchow and others following up in the background.. And someone said its too much that they charge $10,000 per month for an ad. Actually its not. The cpm value comes to $1.5 or less. How can be that expensive?
