i will advice you to do it all yourself why to trust anybody?? if you have time then do it yourself i don;t trust anybody doin my work and it's not sure if they are submitting in the relevant directories or not or whether they are considering relevancy also

Ya you are totally right. Before investing money you have to check their portfolio and also their result in SEO i.e. past experience. I gone through SEOGenies and find best for my website because due to their pricing and the features they are providing. So I am going to contact them.
I think the thing to track is do people stay with them that will show they are getting the results they were looking for.

Let's simply look at the home page...lol...didn't have to go much further... First, the price is rediculous... how many man hours do you thnk you'd get for $299? Not many, and not enough to hit any meaningful targets that are worth anything... WTF does that mean? Some long tails that bring no traffic? Rankings are pretty... traffic is the goal... No such thing... no professional SEOs offer this silly service.... duh ..basic foundational link building... not likely enough for any real money terms... Same as above.... No idea.... WTF? Great they track your 5 no-name targets... wooopie!! Listen, tell them U want to rank top 5 for Viagra and 4 other terms... bet that deal doesn't apply.... our Site Audits start at $800 and include NO manual labor/direct link building.... $300? Not going to get much.... One of the biggest signs you are dealing with scammers, or those less knowledgable, is when they offer 'Search Engine Submission' - NO reputable firm offers this.... that is the biggest signal for ya.... They 'gurantee' placements as well.... another suspect practice.... I have seen much worse providers... but in the end I get the feeling these are an offshore bunch.... just my instinct.... 2c
