We know that matched.co.uk pay to put banner in website and blog. But is there any more like them?

I think you have to re-upload the image which is your proof . It was not found in the server

 

One is the ad network, they're not as good but not bad.

Bucks4Banners.net is also the part of the same network.. I signed up for it and after some time they stopped accepting new applications and emailed their publishers that they can promote money4banners.com.. When I found their others sites.. the same a/c is accessed by all the sites..
I don't know why they stopped registrations on bucks4banners, might be some business reasons, but still accepting new registrations on all other sites..
