It's just IPB and IP Blog with a very nice stripted down layout of the newer default theme. While I do admit a lot of work went into the site, I think the asking price is pretty high. If you don't end up selling the site, mildly interested in the database.

No, there is no income at all whatso ever. It is however an active anime community for anime fans. If you are wanting to make money, this is not a venture. However it can be if you monetizeit. But that is not what i am going for. It is up to you.
I'd think you're be better off selling the site to different people in different parts. Database, themes, license, etc. The site seems personal (which is a really great thing) but it'll be hard to sell as whole.
